Overview of Our 3-Step Pricing System

At Kokoro Courier, we follow a three-stage pricing structure to ensure transparency and fairness. Each stage will be explained to you in advance, and payments are only requested when necessary.

    ① Initiation Fee (Service Request Fee)

- When Charged: Upon service request - Purpose: Initial consultation, research, and task preparation - Typical Range: $20~$30 (varies by service type) - Refund Policy: Non-refundable, regardless of outcome

    ② Actual Expenses (Cost Reimbursement)

- When Charged: After actual costs are confirmed - Examples: > Shopping Proxy: product price, domestic shipping, packaging >On-site Visits: transportation, admission fees >Reservation Support: reservation fees, deposits - Procedure: Breakdown sent → Client confirmation → PayPal payment

    ③ Success Fee (Performance-based Fee)

- When Charged: Only upon successful completion of service - Examples: >Fixed Fee: $20 >Or 5–10% of the service/product value - Note: Not charged if the request is unsuccessful

Payment Method

PayPal: Safe, international payment platform

 Important Notes

- Please read our Terms of Service and refund policy before requesting. - If your request cannot be fulfilled (e.g., out of stock, fully booked), only the initiation fee will apply. No additional fees will be charged unless otherwise agreed.
